Oğuzhan Işkın practices at Kasapoğlu Legal, focusing particularly on banking and finance law, insurance law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, as well as dispute resolution, and provides legal consultancy and representation services to both domestic and international clients.
Işkın is involved in matters related to commercial receivables and disputes arising from the finance sector within the scope of banking and finance law. Within the field of insurance law, he provides legal support regarding compensation processes and insurance disputes; and in enforcement and bankruptcy law, he takes an active role in enforcement proceedings, debt recovery processes, and enforcement-related disputes.
In addition, he contributes to the management of various judicial proceedings, particularly commercial disputes and contractual conflicts, within the scope of dispute resolution. He also advises clients on labor law matters, especially disputes arising from employment relationships and employer obligations.
