Halil Kasapoğlu practices in a broad range of legal areas, with a particular focus on corporate law, commercial law, contract law, and sports law. He advises local and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment transactions, corporate structuring, and commercial contracts.
In addition, he provides legal counsel to clients operating in the media, broadcasting, and sports industries on matters relating to broadcasting and content rights, advertising regulations, sponsorship arrangements, and commercial structuring. In the field of sports law, he advises federations, clubs, athletes, and other stakeholders in the sports industry, and is involved in both domestic and international sports-related disputes.
Halil Kasapoğlu is a member of the New York State Bar and also serves as an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
